this is morde chocolate compound not dark compound this premier quality chocolate so price of this chocolate compound is also high than normal dark compound.. there is Difference between dark compound and chocolate compound mostly dark compound use in cakes etc.. if you want to make pure chocolates then you can use this chocolate compound not dark compound... taste is also different than regular dark compound
