⁠@@adielgonzalez4738 geography alert, both china & India are located in tropics. Which favours civilisation with perfect climatic conditions for crops to grow which in turn favours population growth. You ideal need monsoon season for this. India has 2 monsoon season lasting from June to Sept & oct to dec. Artic, european, most of the western countries don’t have monsoon season. Not only china & India. Whole of south and south east Asia has huge population coz of the ideal location for growth. So, they utilised this situation and made more no of babies😅. Now growth rate is well under control. China’s is 1.9 & India’s 2.1.
