Morning time every Indian state is hot irrespective of season, night time it's cool in Mumbai in Jan and Feb. I don't know if you live in some congested area like Dombivli, Thane or Ghatkopar type suburbs.... regarding Monsoon, humidity is there but climate is cool and wet when raining. look like you are new to Mumbai or live in some congested area. being Coastal Indian city, you need to understand that it remains humid throughout the year and if you find it hot then visit Delhi from March to October then you will understand what hot climate is.....
