@@musafir123 हम भी मुंबई मे रहते थे 30000/-पगार था पर महिना मुशकिल से कटता था.... 5 साल पेहले अपने गाव वापस आया....अब 18000/- मिलते है पर पुरा महिना अराम से कट जाता है और किसी से उधार भी नही मांगना पडता.... मुंबई मे रेंट था 10000/- और यहा गाव मे 3000/-...मुंबई बहोत मेहंगी है जितना कामाते उसे ज्यादा खर्च हो जाता है....

Mumbai me Ghar kharidna ya rent me rehna dono hi bahut costly hain.... Mumbai me tabhi aaoo agar monthly 3-4 lakh per month kamate hoo....warna ye city middle class ya upper middle class ke liye nhi hain.....har waqt sirf struggle, struggle and struggle

मुंबई में पढ़ाई के टाइम और उसके बाद जॉब के लिए १० साल मुंबई में महालक्ष्मी एरिया में रह चुका हूँ. मुंबई में साधारण लोगो का जीवन बहुत ख़राब है. और आदमी ख़ुद का घर बना ही नहीं सकता यहाँ. मुंबई-पुणे से बढ़िया सूरत, नासिक, इंदौर, अहमदाबाद, जयपुर, नागपुर, वडोदरा, भोपाल ये शहर है.

Ye mumbai ki nhi har sahar aur gaon ke samsya bann gayi hai...gain me zameen bhe itna mehnga ho gaya hai ke pucho matt agar village town me zameen lete ho to 30L se kam me nhi aayega aur gain ke andar 10_12L se kam nhi aayega to wo to mumbai he hai wahan to aag he mutega property ka rate

Mumbai me jagah k hisaab se rent fix hota hai nalasupara me chale jao waha par 1 bhk ka 6k me mill jayga building me ur agar borivally k baad jitne bhi station hai jaise /goregaon se dadar tak waha par 1 bhk normal rent 12k se 30k hota hai ..dadar se Churchgate tak 10k se 45k last bhada hota hai... banglore se sasta hai

पगडी सिस्टीम ने बहुत सारे असल मालिकोंको बरबाद कर दिया...😢 इस्लिये हर 2 साल में किरायेदार बदलना जरुरी समजते हैं.. पुराने किरायेदार इंसानियत दिखाने के चक्कर में जबरजस्ति लटकन बन जाते हैं, development अटका देते हैं, किराया भी नही बढ़ाते..? घर दुकान छुड़ाने पैसे मांगते हैं, यह एक दर्द मालिकोंकौ कोई देखता नहीं..😮😢
