it took delhi 20 years to setup network,they recently signed a deal with delhi metro to run and maintain mumbai metro,this might fast the process,it is even a big problem in my hometown bengaluru,where metro construction is in slow phase

50% of Mumbai has slum & dilapidated buildings . It will take another 15 - 20 years to get rid of these slums. Mumbai Corporation should make Nodal Agency between Construction Companies & Migrant labors to prevent further Slums. If Migrant labors are not employed immediately, they will make tent near Railway track or Drainage canals
