For vada - step 1 -
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
few curry leaves
4 number of potatoes
salt as per taste
Coriander [ finally chopped]
1 tsp lemon juice
For Garlic Chutney
1/2 cup Bhajiya ni kani
1/2 cup dry coconut
1/2 cup Roasted peanut
2 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
Vada - step 2
2 cup besan
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp rice flour
water as per required
2tbsp hot oil
pinch soda by carb
For assemble
3 tbsp oi
2 tbsp garlic chutney
6 no. of breads
green chutney
fried chilly
coriander [ finally chopped]
Green chutney
150 gm Coriander
8 to 10 number of green chilli
1 inch ginger
8 to 10 garlic cloves
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sev
1 no. of lemon
1 tsp sugar
salt as per taste
3 no. of ice cubes
