if your journey is just for 2-3 hours than its fine otheriwse it can be uncomfortable espcially since you are blessed with twins also feeding kids could be a concern related to privacy of mother as it is a 3x2 setup coach and goa VB has quite good demand so you could see good number of passengers My suggestion if possible get ticket in 2AC of Konkan kanya or any overnight train ( just avoid side berths ) the normal Lower berth & upper berth are very good for mother travelling with infants ...its safe peaceful and having the curtains provide added privacy Feel free to ask if any further questions
