Yes Indian money is only used to fill your key cards You can pay in cash or use your credit/debit cards Whatever you pay in rupees is converted to USD as per the exchange rate Whenever you buy anything on the cruise, charges will be taken in USD.

Food is free in Starlight and Food Court where you have all you can eat buffet. But if you are dining in Chopstix restaurant then you have to pay extra as per whatever you eat.
