During black history month they have to pick a person every day, research, & write a few paragraphs about what they've learned. Then at the end of the week we do a quiz. Its helped me to learn more as well, then for the rest of the year we pick one person from our month of February and do more research. I've learned we have to start taking our education into our own hands.
