1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
2.5 Cups Club Soda
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 large egg

Separate bowl of plain Flour
MUMBO SAUCE:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce

Sounds like you put too much club soda, they batter shouldn’t be watery but more on the thicker side

First round was great like the vedio but after marination the chicken was watery and fell apart and entire thing has no taste also I followed ur exact measurements and my batter was not watery .Same problem when I used buttermilk every time. So I stick to the dry mixture and eggwash dip

Chicken meat reacts to water and milk marination making it extremely tender,and fibers tearing and tasteless regardless of what spices I use, it's like boiled chicken fried in oil 😭. I hope you have more knowledge about this please give me some advice
