This band is my all time favorite. My dad introduced them to me when I was in depression. I listened to them every chance I got because their music didn't sound like the crudy pop that riddles people's head. I had something that was true to life and that was showing me that life will get awful but if you change your way of looking at life around it will make a difference. It inspired me to pick up an instrument. The viola. Without Mumford and Sons I would have still been in a dark place. That viola made me so happy. My dad and I go on walks and when we are in his car on the way to nature reserves a Mumford and Sons song always plays at lest once. Since I got the music stuck in my head I will go out and see nature and those songs and nature have one thing in common is that your are one of the purest most true to life things. Thank You.

People can argue all they want about how "folksy" this band is, but just watching Marcus sing shows us how genuine and expressive this group is. In some songs he is literally crying, and staring off into some other world while belting the lyrics. Absolutely inspiring stuff and Mumford & Sons can make you think as much as they can make you dance.

Listening to them craves out so many emotions. I love a artist that have that ability to do that. And I just don't mean emotions that pump us up to "turn up" but real and life provoking emotions that makes you...no forces you to see what life really is and how beautiful and enchanting it can be. I love listening to Mumford and Sons because it pulls me back the greatest thing ever invented, which is words. It's what connects us as humans. I pray they enjoy their break because they deserve it, I just hope before I die that I have the pleasure of seeing them live. I

How much more amazing can you get? Glad to see that folk/bluegrass/Americana genre music has made it this big. I wish that others like the Avett Brother, Jason Isbell, Of Monsters and Men among many others would make it as big as Mumford and Sons have. There is so much more great music out there. Its a shame that these bands haven't had the publicity. One day people will open their eyes and ears and become latched onto this style of music instead of that pop shit
