I always thought Mum-Rana got overpowered way too easily. I would have liked to have seen more of a challenge for Mumm-Ra in defeaying her.

@Orbot Great points. I love Mumm-Ra, so I don't wanna take anything away from him either. Definitely Mumm-Ra would have the upperhand on Skeletor in their first meeting, but I know the Ever Living would be in big trouble if he let Skeletor get away and form a strategy. That said, of those three, Mumm-Ra's also the most resilient, and can travel through dimensional space very quickly. So unless Skeletor actually could win over the Spirits of Evil, Mumm-Ra would always return from a defeat.

@Orbot I think Mumm-Ra could oust Hordak, but Skeletor would be more than a match for him. Skeletor is WICKED crafty. Once he found Mumm-Ra's many weaknesses, Skeletor would abuse those at every turn. Eventually, I'm certain that Skeletor would skip over Mumm-Ra and go right to confronting/appeasing the Spirits of Evil. That's the power he wants! Hordak is tough, but yeah, his overblown ambitions, and sprawled out army, would be easy for Mumm-Ra to exploit. I would love to see this matchup!

I figured when I first watched this when it came out that Mumm rana should have been a more of a challenge to Mumm ra. I mean when Lion-o attacked her with the sword of omens she used her power against him and defeated the sword of omens like to problem at all. So this fight should have lasted a lot longer.

@KillYounglings Tho' Hordak is Skeletor's mentor, I feel that in some ways, Skeletor has surpassed him! Especially as you've said in his craftiness! Skeletor becomes very ingenious when confronted with a foe more powerful than him. When he realizes powers alone won't work, he utilizes brain power, along with his powers! Tho' he may eventually get defeated sometimes, u gotta admit Skeletor is one formidable foe! He gets my full respect!

Skeletor is great, but ultimately Mummra is more powerful. However, Skeletor would not play by the rules. He would attack Mumm Ra in his pyramid, when Mumm Ra would be in mummy form. If Evil Lynn backed him up, Skeletor would destroy Mumm Ra IMO, as Mumm Ra does not have a henchman as capable as Evil Lynn.
