I didn't understand how to make the pompom😭

What I thought was wind yarn around crochet hook several times as you see in video . What I would then do is take a tapestry needle with white yarn and go under all the wound part on crochet hook, next to hook. Pull so that there are 2 ends (cut one end) long enough to tie together. Over the wound part. Tie it tightly. Then cut through all of the wound part on the crochet hook. Hope I'm making sense.

I made the pompom before even watching the video. I just did a magic circle until I thought it was the right size. Stuffed it. And closed the hole

I followed this stitch for stitch 3 times (even slowed down the video to the slowest setting) and ended up with 26 stitches instead of 24 on the switch from red to white? Not sure what happened there, but I ended up with more stitches than you and the ending result looks fat 🙁 guess I'll give it a 4th attempt, but something seems off for some reason

Try using a stitch marker on first stitch of each round to keep track. It will help.

Everything is difficult to follow. When you instruct, you should include every step in your explanation - don't assume everyone knows what those little steps are, especially when working with such a tiny project that's hard to see the steps and stiches on.

Yeah it was definitely hard to watch. It reminds me of someone who smokes weed and forgets what they're doing. I'm getting annoyed watching
