Your family dynamic is SO similar to mine. We are also three sisters ( born and raised in Shimla). I am the middle one, live in Canada and had my baby girl in Dec 2023. Since you are the one who introduced me to all of your fam and loved the way each one is unique and have their own styles and are genuine . Yesterday itself I was watching aunty Ji ‘s cooking vlog in S&R cooking channel and was so pleased to hear “kaashi faal” everytime .the word kaddu though used locally around is nothing but the laziness and time saving way of people like us in the past ,they for capitalising on the veggie might have been shorting it like “kasshi fal du” and “kitna kashifaall du “ since people buy it in portions according to need and hence the shortening of name . But if you think that way no one like to be called by another name then his or hers so that was my point thanks for bearing with me . Keep up the good work❤
