I believe Shannon got pregnant deliberately fuelled by Charlie saying on their holiday he didn't want any more kids. And she is right she is trapped but the difference is she chose to be and is ok with it, even though she does all the hard work... And as for Charlie he had no right to be angry! He carries on like a single man popping in for visits, and takes no responsibility for birth control when he felt like first baby was a trap too,if he doesn't want more kids he should take some responsibility.
