Here's a little tip (I don't remember if this works) , if you have cheats on, you can use the command /pokeheal and it heals your cobblemon, if you're not able to find/near a pokemon center and also maybe you should make a cobblemon server, so you can play with viewers.

After downloading the mod go to datapacks then copy them go in to your save Go in your save's datapack and paste it there
