Yes! Such a pain in the tush to clean!! We don't have a dishwasher so I can't try cleaning it that way, but I have found myself throwing them out as well :-/

We have the Nuby brand mesh feeder, but this one looks much easier to open and close. We used ours a ton for teething......but that's about it, Lucy wasn't really a fan.

+mattandemm This one definitely is simple to use, just has terrible corners to clean. Is the Nuby one hard to clean too?

+Laura Noelle the little mesh bag comes completely out so its not horrible to clean, but I definitely wouldn't call it easy either
