Man does it again, too I've been duoing in draft with my friend who's new to the game, and he's starting maining Mundo. Faced his first Varus Top recently, and after explaining how Varus works and the idea behind AP Varus, I asked "Hey, your passive only breaks from full immobilizing effects, right? AP Varus is gonna want to combo you with his ult but I don't think he has anything to break your spellshield with beforehand." Sure enough, as soon as Varus hits level six I hear "...hey is Varus's ult the thing that looks like two vines? He just fired it straight into my passive." I recently got back after a hiatus since S8 and I gotta say I love what they've done with Mundo. Funny as hell.

Mundo's ultimate gives him a small percentage of his current missing health as max health for its duration, and then heals you for a % of your max health over the duration, which includes the temporary max health from the first half of its ability. Roughly, for every 1k hp you are currently missing, if used when surrounded by all 5 enemies, you will get another 500 temporary max HP at rank 3 which is pretty nuts seeing as you have around 6k HP by the 30 minute mark most matches. If you're willing to wait until you're at just 1k HP remaining, and you are surrounded by the entire enemy team, you will get 2,500 temporary max HP, and heal for nearly 105% of your max health over its duration with Spirit Visage and even more if you also have Revitalize which will boost it by another 10.5%.(Unless Spirit Visage is calculated after Revitalize, and even then this math is just off the top of my head.) Given the numbers already in play, that's nearly 1,000 HP per second healing, without factoring the %hp/5 of his passive. It's why heal cut is necessary vs a Mundo on top of at least one %hp source of damage, though multiple are preferred.

Yeah, I have a couple tanks I like to keep as pocket picks for annoying matchups or if the rest of the team is squishy. Also great for when you're first pick, as shown in this video: when the enemy midlaner sees a first pick Cho'gath, their first thought usually isn't counterpicking.

I believe that mundo gaining %missing health max hp is gained as max health with health in, as opposed to actual healing or just gaining empty max hp, and this was done so it could be a burst of extra hp that doesnt get punished by grievous wounds.

Hey Pekin, so if you're wanting to do more Mundo videos here's some quick tips: Passive: blocks hard CC when active at cost of small amount of health. If you pick up canister, it reduces CD of passive and heals you back by the amount lost for passive proccing W gray health: most effective in first second after casting, after 1 second it reduces how much gray health you get. Gray health amount is determined by damage taken. E Max vs Q Max: typically you'll go Q max for the CD reduction, however E max is typically taken when against a melee champion who will always be in your face trying to fight you such as Aatrox or Illaoi. More empowered autos means more trade power. You covered the others pretty good, keep up the great content!!

Give attack speed AP Xin a try. You can always join team fights later if needed, but the real strength is you can walk up to their towers and take them without minions. If your team isn't doing well or Xin isn't good in team fights against the enemy champs, it's an easy way to make yourself relevant and secure wins.

What about Ashe Mid? Poke Ashe, rather than Crit or AS Ashe. Ravenous Hydra CDR Boots Muramana Duskblade (Causes your W to deal increasing damage to lower health targets) Blood Thirster (Gives some of the most AD of any item, due to bonus AD while above 50% health) Black cleaver? Build the items in whatever order you think is best.
