Hi guys, this is the rice flour steamed that's our traditional snack which is mostly liked by our people in our country.. the ingredients were shown in last screens, 1st step ... rice flour, glutinous flour and semolina(optional) that's all to be mixed by being added little salt (sifting to get pretty fine flours mixed) then kept about 6hrs to let the flour mixed get moist. When being mixed ,the water is to be controlled not overflowing hence it should be pretty dried that is critical point of controlling for this snack to come out nicely ... otherwise it shall get spoiled then wasted .. then, steam it about 30mins as she showed off how to steam by using a wet cloth .. 2nd step ... prepare toddy palm sugar (it's good for health) to be mixed with half of flour steamed . The rest half is mixed with coconut pounder as seen she did..be careful when mixing with the flour steamed that should be after cooling down .. before getting it cool down ,please do not touch it with hands either since it's sticky a bit.. this is 2nd critical point of controlling ... 3rd step .... make it the shape by using aluminium foil (as she showed off how to do by using a bow) ,then put the 2 kinds of flours steamed that been mixed with coconut and toddy palm sugar orderly, into aluminium foil folded.. Final step.... steam it about 40 mins as shown ... then , have a pretty snack which is so delicious by being attached with shredded coconuts and roasted sesame (that mixed with little salt)... Hope you guys could understand that would be slightly better than you realized nothing about how to make it if you are eager to know ... 😆😆 That's my favourite but it has been so long I have never eaten ... 😭😭😭😭
Thank you so much!! I remember my childhood my grandma always bought for me from Scott Market or mingala market in Yangon.. also they make with dry fruit and nut too

You never put the right ingredients for your recipes. How would we make them without knowing the measurements?
