Amen Sister! Hallelujah! Praise God! We have similar stories. I had strokes, ulcerative Colitis and Covid. During my Two years in the nursing home friends brought me sketch pads and colors. Now I'm in an Assisted Living facility and still drawing. Sketching and drawing helped my right hand get better. My plan is to move into my own wheelchair accessible apartment. I'm a disabled US Army Veteran. I have submitted my artwork to the Brooklyn VA hospital Art Therapy group.

Thnk u ......am a survivor of a chronic disease ( reccurrent cortical vein thrombosis of brain ) on oral anti coagulants . So each time i go fr my follow up my neurologist they scare me telling me the side effects of dabigatran. I hv become a thanatophobic now . I literally expect death any moment esp now when things r so unexpected. But trust me after listening to u .... I feel so relaxed n inspiring. My perception has changed . I feel so previliged n gifted tht i hv time to live n rather not to think . Thnk u fr ur wonderful words n thnk u fr inspiring me to live .....i now go to old-age home n an orphanage fr free camps n spend my time n treat them n share ur story whenever sumone speak of suicide now . Am a dermatologist by profession 😇 . I believe am a human first n a doctor next before ppl cud judge me . Am glad i stumbled across ur story . Wenever i fear death i hear u again n again ....i feel stronger n i get up ....thts my story ...thnk u ..
