That's not St Peter's (alte Peter), that's the (new) Rathaus (City Hall).

@@rrz518 Cool. Lived there 6 years. The Glockenspiel is in the Rathaus. Google "neues rathaus münchen" not Alte Peter - google "das alte Peter München"
