Munnar - The Final Chapter! 🌄✨ Tea Gardens, Sunrise at Kolukkumalai & Epic Road Trip | Buddy Foodie

Welcome back to *Buddy Foodie!* 🍽️🚗 This is the final chapter of our Kerala series, and we’re ending it in the most stunning destination - *Munnar!* 🌄🌧️ From lush tea gardens to breathtaking sunrise views at **Kolukkumalai**, this vlog is packed with unforgettable moments.
Our journey started with a scenic *drive from Thekkady to Munnar (122 km)**, where we checked into a cozy **resort* (link in the description). The next morning, we explored the *Kannan Devan Tea Museum* 🍵, learning how tea is made and buying some fresh tea and chocolates. Pro tip: *Carry cash as the network is weak!*
Next, we headed to *Eravikulam National Park* 🐐, home to the *Nilgiri Tahr**, and enjoyed a short trek with breathtaking views. From there, our adventure continued to **Kolukkumalai**, famous for **the highest tea plantations and mesmerizing sunrise**. We booked a **jeep ride* 🚙 from our homestay and reached the base gate (cash only, no online payment). The *cloud beds and golden sunrise* made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
After a fun ride back in the *"dancing jeep"**, we explored **Gap Road in Munnar**, took some amazing photos 📸, and finally **drove to Kochi* (Munnar to Kochi distance: check description). Since our train to *Belgaum* was the next day, we rested in Kochi before heading to **Ernakulam Station**.
A huge shoutout to *Laa Cabs* 🚘 for making our road trip smooth with their *Thar rental service* (₹3,500 per day, total ₹25,200 for 6 days). Their service was amazing, and you can find their contact in the description!
