Most adventure jackets are made of polyester and have cordura only on high impact zones. what about this jacket? what is the main material used to make this? do you also provide kidney support belt?

Undoubtedly it's best option for customized riding gear but Brother only a Jacket costs over 20k when ordered. Base price is 11k but every addition is an added cost, which ultimately reaches to 20k + with armors and covers which we get in 10 to 11k in other brands yeah I admit all that process do costs company too..I might be wrong as I tried way back.

You get a customised jacket with level 2 armour and full cordura construction for just 11k along with the jacket cover just like other brands. The apparel bag that you can add on is not your regular jacket cover. It's a travel bag for your gear. The rain and warm layers offered additionally are not your ordinary layers that you get free with the all weather jackets available in the market.

For the Munro suit - What are the types of measurements taken exactly? Are the jackets and pants fully custom tailored and made to fit taking into account accurate measurement of all the body parts? Please could you share some examples of the various measurements taken?

We do not make it exact to the body since its not practical while taking measurements virtually. We take a total of 10 measurements for the jacket and 6 for the pants. But the Suit is not tailor made for your body.

But what happens to the sample jacket / jackets then ? Would they be taken back at time of final delivery of the design or they stay back with the customer ? If picked up fine, else a customer would end up with sample jacket(s) and then also the original one !! This part of the process felt pretty "meh" !

The sample jacket will be taken back soon after you confirm the size. It's only sent to you for trial.
