First and foremost, go to the Qur'an for your answers before you bring a Hadith against the the Qur'an. Allah has confirmed the hypocrite in His Qur'an. He has said also if the hypocrites do not cease take and kill them wherever found. Do not use the Hadith against the Qur'an totry tooverride it. That is great wrong in the sight of Allah (Exalted be He). Allah did not give you any warrant to argue / wrangle about His Revelation (40:56).
