I would not worry about wonky canvas - stuff it with scarves or hand kerchiefs - canvas gets to its shape with stuffing really fast

Don’t feel bad about wanting a perfect bag. For these prices, they absolutely should be perfect and they should have a better quality control system. I bought a Pochette Métis and the inside flap had extra fabric causing big ripples inside so I returned.. next bag came all scratched on the top handle like a cat had scratched it.. exchanged that too. I’m sure they didn’t love that but they weren’t going to make me feel like that was my fault. Now I have a perfect bag that gives me so anxiety and only enjoyment, as a bag for that price should.

Beautiful bag. So hard to decide. I don't think the NF will come undone... try flattening it but I worry about permanent creases in the canvas. I've been noticing these issues with LV the last year or two. I look back at my old bags and discovered obvious flaws (asymmetry issues in piping, canvas indentations, embossing that fades, etc.). Even the Kusama pumpkin speedy 20 I noticed the canvas is more flattened near the handles (and I looked at others) but most had issues, so I kept and I still love. I'm hoping to get a bag (or two or three😅) in this collection. I love the speedy 20 in the flowers & a few others. ☺️

Beautiful bag & collection! Congratulations on getting the piece that you wanted! ❤ Try laying the pouch flat between two heavy books for 1-2 days and it should flatten out. If not, then let customer service or your SA know about it. The stitching didn’t look like it was buckled on the pouch so it should be ok once laid out. Best of luck! Enjoy it 😊

I was mesmerized by your eyes in this video! ☺ Secondly, it depends on what you are willing to live with but, for me, with the amount of $ they are charging for their items, I expect items I buy directly from the boutique to be near perfect at the very least. Good morning, Jorgelinas. This is my first time watching your chanel. As someone who has multiple LV handbags, I think your new Murakami Neverfull is beautiful. I think the pouch will flatten out over time. However, I would be more concerned about the popped stitch, because it is on the bottom of the tote connecting the side panels with the base. You shouldn't have to worry about the lose stitch causing more rippage in the seam, since it is a weight-bearing area of the tote. It angers me that you received this damaged tote, because it was such a lovely birthday gift from your husband. Also, both the tote and the pouch obviously slipped through LV's quality control protocols, and your SA missed it, as well. For what your husband paid for the tote, this is inexcusable for LV to think it's OK. I would be extremely disappointed and understand your dilemma as to whether you should return it, because it is a beautiful tote. It may be an easy fix to repair the popped stitch, but again, you should not have to be dealing with this issue. Talk with your SA and see what LV can do about it. I hope it will all end well for you. Sorry this is such a long comment! Take care.

You might know, that this collection is not for me - so your video is the only unboxing I watch 😁. It’s a shame, we have to inspect our luxury bags that closely these days and I‘m really sorry yours had issues - that’s the even bigger shame (unfortunatelly no surprise at LV these days). Usually I would suggest to exchange it, but since these pieces were so hard to get, you might have to live with it, if you want to own that bag (still would at least aks though, if they have another one). If you can not exchange: luckily it‘s just the pouch. If you’re keeping it: Maybe you can carefully warm up the canvas with a blowdryer and then put something heavy on top of it, to straighten it up. We shouldn’t have to go through this, when spending THOUSANDS on a bag 💔 so sorry it ruined the moment for you, I‘ve been there several times and know exactly how you feel. It happened so often to me, that I actually lost my love for LV a bit 💔

I love that design the most of what’s been released. However, I wouldn’t accept it with any problems. They are charging almost 1k more than a regular Neverfull. LV is a pretty sloppy brand nowadays tbh. They're quickly made by humans and machines and quality left the brand a long time ago after the takeover. I would keep it only if you can't exchange it and if you'll be absolutely in love with the bag + pochette in the condition they're in.

Most definitely I would ask for an exchange. A pop stitch at the bottom of the bag and a large crease in the pouch please don’t accept it. This bag should not have been shipped in this condition. At a minimum they should send it for repair.

Personally, I would probably just keep it. Though I would ask my SA first... I wouldn't want to risk not having it. I don't like the Empreinte version (those get super heavy). I've tried a couple non-limited edition Empreinte NFs and they actually hurt your shoulder. Congrats! 🎊🩵☺️

Wow it looks like a male part. I never noticed until you asked lol. I wonder why they did not do the bag in multicolor LV. Not a fan of the shopping bag for this collection. Your bag is beautiful but too bad it has issues. I feel like the money we pay for these bags should be perfect and if it’s not perfect, they need to discount the bag, They need to stop raising prices for poor quality. Disgusting graphic… nothing is a coincidence. The pouch is most likely from shipping. If it were me I would put tissue paper or a towel in it for a few days and see if that might straighten it out.
