If you start with a j.Y instead of a j.X, I think you run the risk of hitting 21 hits before the burst itself activates. Personally, I prefer to end with Electroweb because the combo goes on for so long at that point that the damage scaling doesn't make a large difference between Electroweb and Burst Attack, but it's up to you what you want at the moment. Electroweb puts a speed debuff on your opponent, and Burst Attack puts an attack and defense buff on yourself.

a way to not stale that one net move because it does their health and a half, is to drop the combo at the end, and catch their getup with it, so it does the full damage of the move, instead of being staled from the combo. this isnt spammable, but you can condition your opponent to shield or counter on getup by attacking on getup every time, up until you want to use this combo
