I feel like no one really cares for the yu yu hakasho characters in this, and I feel that it’s mostly due to hiei not being here. You should do cell, he can combo into his from his grab and it does like 50% in awakening

Yep that's exactly what I do lol. Yusuke's on my main team with Rukia and Jotaro. She really helps me extend Yusuke's combo after organ murder along with a few other options.

As someone who plays Yusuke, i could highly abide by these combos with him in game. And i tend to use strategic ways on how i can get good playing him in online matches to improve myself at a collosial pace and rate.

Sure! There's spacing you need to make it happen, to avoid that, simply don't finish the ◻ combo and direct the Spirit Gun roll accordingly. △x3, ✕x2, ◻x5, (delay) △x3, R2+◻ (hold forward to roll then let go), R2+✕

I’m finding that spirit gun into his awakening doesn’t work unless your opponent gets knocked into a corner, is there something I’m doing wrong or is that just how it is?

Nah, that sounds about right circ. I don't think it's by much but you do want to cut the opponent's launch distance a bit.

The frame where you perform a chase combo right after the grab is so small. It's almost impossible to hit mid game unless you know the timing exactly.

Shotgun is way more a part of Yusuke’s skill alongside the Spirit Wave. Organ Murder should been something else entirely. I liked his J-Stars incarnate were you can charge it up and it would become a spirit wave, if you held a different it would be the shot gun.
