Ester had so much potential too bad they butchered her... Is it me or the more the writers try to make us hate Ayse, the more likeable she is (at least to me) even if she makes mistakes and does questionable things. On the other hand, the writers should have fired Atike, kept Geverhan and brought Ayse Sultan back. They make Kosem like Cixi, they got the wrong character ( and I am say that when Kosem is my favorite character in MC and MCK). She has absolutely no objection historically to her losing her title of regent, and let him rule alone. She made her son respected and powerful. Murad let her rule the harem and the Empire when he was on campaign because she was very loyal to him.
