It's Easy to Cut Thin Pieces With This Tool

Hello everyone. In this video, I tried to show the construction of a tool I designed to be used to cut thin pieces of equal thickness. I generally used 8mm thick laminate flooring in its construction. It's pretty simple to make. You can easily cut thin pieces of equal thickness on your table saw by taking a measurement once. The reason why I needed this tool was that I needed thin parts for some decorative products that I was planning to make for hobby purposes. For example, I am thinking of making a decorative chandelier. With the help of this tool, I can easily cut thin pieces that can transmit light.

This jig is far more worthy than going out and buying edging strips that you can't refine after so long because of it having a thin coating of plastic whereas something like this would allow some means of refining. Great video mate 👍🏽 👌 👏

Hi Murat ! Great tool !!! Quick question, the PDF, page 1, shows only 4 of the #2 pieces while the next page (pg.2) says #2 needs 5 pieces. Is the number of pieces on page 2 incorrect ?

Merci beaucoup. L'adhésif que j'ai utilisé dans cette vidéo est seul et a une consistance liquide. Je n'utilise donc pas de spray supplémentaire. un produit appelé "super glue" et peut être trouvé dans presque tous les magasins de bricolage.

Very smart and easy to follow :) But why the tape at 7:17? You put it on on the topside of the part, glue the parts together, and pulls the tape off again, as far as I can see, does the tape not hold or do anything, while it is there?

Hi. First of all, thank you for your interest. The reason for sticking the paper tape is so that the pieces can stay where they should be for a short time without slipping... In other words, I used it to hold the bottom piece until I glued it with super glue. I also removed it after Super Glue had done its job very quickly... I hope I was able to explain

@ Merhaba.Kesilecek parçanın kalınlığını kastetmiştim. Çeşitli örnekler var cetvel ile yapılıyor.Ancak sizin sistem siperden destekli çalıştığı için henüz cetvellesini görmedim.Cetvelli yaparsanız daha verimli olacağını düşünüyorum.

Ciao. Non è una colla speciale che uso. L'ho comprato in un negozio di costruzioni. Qualsiasi supercolla liquida andrà bene. I pavimenti in laminato aderiscono molto bene con questo adesivo. Abbastanza buono da rimuovere il rivestimento se provi a rimuoverlo...

Привет. Во-первых, спасибо. Конечно, вы должны критиковать, когда это необходимо. Я тоже что-нибудь напишу. Этот инструмент очень удобен для резки тонких деталей. Конечно, можно и без него тонко резать, но подумайте об этом так... Прямые пропилы можно делать и без ограждающей секции настольной пилы. Гладкую рейку можно прикрепить к столу струбцинами и обрезать. Но если есть забор, мы можем легко сдвинуть его, защемить и с комфортом разрезать. Вот как мы должны думать об этом инструменте. Так что это немного облегчает нашу работу. С другой стороны, для всех прямых и косых пропилов настольная пила должна быть прямой, а лезвие тонким. Так что это необходимо для каждого сегмента. Не только для этой работы. На самом деле этот инструмент не сложный. Я просто выбрал другой метод. Так что эту конструкцию тоже можно сделать проще. Честно говоря, мой метод тоже не слишком сложен. Несколько полосок ламината, несколько шурупов и клей. В любом случае... Я всегда приветствую ваши хорошие или критические комментарии. Я открыт для любых комментариев после уважения.
