Hello to everyone. In this video, I showed you how to make a tool that will work very well. "Portable Drill Guide". The materials I use are usually shafts and bushings that I disassembled from old copiers or printers. Of course, not everyone can find these materials. However, alternatives can be found easily. For example, a linear bearing can be used instead of a bushing. As an extra feature in my drill guide, I added a slider miter piece to drill fixed distance holes more easily.

Finally, I would like to add this. If you are planning to do it, it would be much better if you use 8mm linear bearing instead of bushing. The only change you will make is to drill the holes in the upper part according to the bearings.

Teşekkür ederim Yaşar bey. Aslında bu ölçüleri kullanarak daha basit hale getirebilirsiniz. Üst kısıma yaptığım geniş kanalı ve alttaki milletin girdiği kanalları yapmanıza gerek yok. Burç yerine de lineer rulman kullanırsanız kolay bir şekilde yapmış olursunuz. İlginiz için teşekkür eder iyi günler dilerim

@ aslında demek istediğim elde bulunabilecek malzemelerle yapmak. Mesela elimde 16lık alüminyum boru var, burç yerine laminant parkeyi boru ölçüsünde delip japonla deliği sıkılaştırıp sağlamlaştırmak geliyor aklıma.

Boruyu mil olarak kullanmaktan bahsediyorsunuz galiba... Bu durumda laminant parkenin boruya sürtünmesi çok fazla olur. Yukarı aşağı hareket belki hiç olmayabilir. Deliği geniş yaparsanız da gönye tutmaz. Onun yerine bilyalı çekmece tayini 2 taraflı kullanırsanız ve arada kayma işini yaparsanız daha düzgün olur. Ama tabi yine elinizde olmayabilir ray. Satın almak gerekir.

@ Sütun matkap yapmak için çekmece rayı almıştım. Ama bu vidyodaki amaç için biraz uzun ve hantal kalabilir diye düşündüm. En kısasını almıştım üstelik. Neyse boru işini bi deneyeceğim yine de. Belki ayarını tuttururum 😃

Bu videoda kullanılan parçaların çoğu da fotokopi makinelerinden sökülmüş. Ben elimde malzeme varsa 3d çizimi bunlara göre yaparak ölçü çıkartıyorum. Böyle güzel oluyor. Neyse... I have seen many videos where the host uses a spray after applying what seems to be Crazy Glue. What is this spray made out of, or what is it called, and what does it do to the Crazy glue?

Hello. The spray used acts as an activator. Adhesive in gel consistency hardens in a long time under normal conditions and spray is used to speed up this process. You can find it in all DIY stores with the name "Fast Glue".

@ I made a google search and found this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZC4gquAZ8eCsK8 talking about gell glue and activator. Is that the kind of glue or similar product you are using? Here min Cyprus the DIY shops offer a limited type of glue products. I will most probably end up having to order this staff online so if you have a link from where to buy both the gell and the activator spray I would appreciate it.

Hi. The glue in the video is similar, but the one I use is much cheaper and can be found in many places. For example, if there is a Bauhaus or a similar construction market, you can easily find it where you live. It is even sold in any construction market in Turkey. Even if I give you the link, you will have to pay unnecessarily shipping fees as it will come from far away. I think you can find it as "Quick Glue" or "Super Glue" if there are shops around you that sell building materials.

@ I have only seen the Crazy glue but is also very expensive, but I have never seen the activator spray anywhere here in Cyprus. Lately, I developed the notion that buying these staff online is the way to go. I've been using a combination of Ali express, eBay, Banggood and Amazon for my hobby supplies.

13:40 you are measuring right angle from all the wrong surfaces, all of them. 🤷‍♂️🙈 Only your table surface and bottom of the jig are the right ones.

@@aradaoluroyleseyler Benim yaptığım değişik kesme tezgahlarindan birini tercih edebilirsiniz. Hepsinin ölçüleri açıklama bölümünde bulunmaktadır. Sorduğunuz tahta huş kontrplak. Biraz pahalı olduğu için heryerde kullanmıyorum ben. Sadece sağlamlığın çok önemli olduğu yerlerde kullanıyorum. Genelde MDF tercih ediyorum. Kanalıma göz atıp hangisi size uygun ise yapabilirsiniz. Gerektiğinde bana soru sorabilirsiniz. Kolay gelsin
