Personally, I like Murder Drones more than Digital Circus. The dark atmosphere, the intense combat and themes, and most of all, the hidden lore in basically every frame. Liam Vickers absolutely knew where this show was going from episode 1. What I mean is, there are literally 2 scenes that have so much lore, and they don’t even last for a second each. In those brief moments, there was so much lore that it’s actually insane. While Uzi is battling J, you can see a symbol in Uzi's eye for a split second when one of J's bullets swerves and misses Uzi. You can see that symbol at the end of the episode along with some hidden text. Upon closer analysis, the text that I was able to read said... "WARNING:// source: aicore [tampering detected] source: aicore [update null] Corrupted/t/nReactorOverheating- (or something) [selfDestruct]" It then switched to a warning sign and below it said... "AbsoluteSolver string = False" Flashing, it switched to... "AbsoluteSolver string = True" The lore is insane.

@@table_f0rk that’s one thing, but Digital Circus has lots of lore too. And again, still just the first episode. I’m just saying, Murder Drones has more lore, and a theme that I enjoy more. The only difference is that Murder Drones is straight up horror, (Body horror, eldritch horror, cosmic horror), while Digital Circus is existential horror (psychology, trauma, hopelessness).

What I really like about the first episode of Murder Drones is how we were introduced to them. The dissasembly drones, or the murder drones, are very maniacal killers with vampiristic traits. I love their character designs with the giant blade wings, multiple differet weapons, acid tails, and sinister smiles. When I saw the first episode for the first time, I thought of them as like vampire, robot, angels of death. I like the fact that their not mindless. Uzi was shocked when N spoke, saying, "Holy crap, it talks." What I find the most interesting about them is that they drink the oil from worker drones when they kill them so that they can survive because they have an overheating issue. N is the lesser evil of the 3 dissasembly drones, but he seems to enjoy that part of his job the most.

I'm so glad you guys are reacting to Murder Drones, I love it so much 🖤💛🩶🤍💜💀. I've been obsessed with Murder Drones and thinking about it pretty much every day since I started watching it at the beginning of November 2023. It had been on my watchlist for a while, and omg I don't know why I had been sleeping on Murder Drones for so long because I love it so much, and I'm beyond excited for episode 7 coming out on March 29th 😁. I love the characters, the lore, the mystery, the dark story, the action, the comedy, the strong horror vibes, the character designs, the environments, the sound designs, and the score of the show so much. Best show on KZbin, in my opinion. I also love how much the animation improves each episode. I really hope you guys will continue watching the rest of the series. It get's pretty crazy.

Back in episode 2 the heart thingy at the beginning that was shown inside a murder drone's ribcage was not apart of the metal body, it was an absolute solver infection that infected its body and then grew into a giant mechanism later shown.

Honestly, I ain't even mad at the dad for leaving her. You wouldn't understand at first if you only saw this episode, but if you look at all his and his wife's backstory, you'd understand more why he did what he did

There's many ways to think about that. They only got the mother with their nanite acid so basically admitted that he finished her off just so she's out of her misery

Honestly if the disassembly drones had taken the love of my life from me and I was about to lose my child too I would be damned sure that my kid wasn't going die before me. I absolutely believe he was traumatized, but she's still his daughter and the ONLY family he has left.

Another thing to take in consideration is, that we see after he leaved her, he was evacuating everyone. He wasn't just leaving her daughter, he had to choose between risking everything trying to use a weapon he doesn't even know how it works with the chance that N just kills them both ( with any other murder drone it would be instantaneous, we've seen how fast n killed the others) and therefore leaving the doors open for the murder drones without anyone knowing about the danger. Or on the other hand, he could try to gain as much time closing the door and try to save the rest of the colony. He may be a coward, but he also in charge of the everyone, not just his daughter. Both choices were hard.

I want to clarify those details that you may have missed from episode 1 (no spoilers). The moment Uzi hit N on the head, you can see "PTIC SENSORS ERROR: OFFLINE", which means he can't differentiate between worker drones and killer drones. I want to share a fun fact about these light bulbs that on the heads of the Killer Drones they are their real eyes, that is, they see not with the help of their screen, but with the help of these light bulbs, which are different sensors with different functions, and that is why one of the light bulbs N turned red, as if indicating that an error occurred in the drone detection sensor.
