So a few little things: The possessed drone that attacked N was actually V, just in Worker Drone form. Based on this episode (and a few details in episode 7), we can get a pretty good idea of what happened. Cyn (the drone with the GlaDOS voice) was possessed by The Absolute Solver, and was taken in by Tessa. The Solver eventually decided to start a massacre (possessing most, if not all of the drones in the manor in the process, starting with V) and subsequently turned N, V, and J (and likely most of the other drones from the manor) into Disassembly Drones, before sending them to Copper-9 (the planet the series takes place on). I'm sure you already saw the next episodes but the woman at the end was Tessa. We saw her arrive with J at the end of episode 3

Cyn's voice actress is really good. She can do a bit of the glitching on her own without post-production. Since you've finished the show at time of watching this, you should check out her videos comparing her unexited recordings for the show to how they were edited for each episode. (Sadly, she doesn't do episode 2, but she has 3 videos starting with episode 5, then 6 and 7, and finally 8 and some blooper highlights from her recording sessions)
