Omg! I watch the Karen Read case everyday on Emily D. Baker KZbin channel. She is a retired DA and explains what’s happening from a lawyers view point. This case is insane! Can’t see how they prove KR is guilty. The case is so sketchy!!

When the Mcabe's said they rehomed their beloved German Shepherd, (with a violent history), after John died and said the dog now lives on a farm in Vermont I thought about a scene in a Friends episode... Ross is upset to learn his parents told a cliche lie that his childhood dog went to live on a farm when they really put it down. I think the Mcabe's dog was involved, it was aggressive and likely trained to defend, and so they put it down to help cover up the truth. The punctures and scratches on his right arm are consistent with similar types of dog attacks.

The dog is gone and they remodeled the entire basement a few months later and then sold the house. I cannot believe they never looked in the house. If someone was found dead on my lawn, the cops here would have a warrant within an hour.

@@BethFed no no, I am watching the trial as a juror with EDB no outside influence, the emt herself was unsure if she said “I hit him or could I have hit him” the fact that proctor didn’t recuse himself and his testimony alone is reasonable doubt. I hope to goodness that if whatever someone says after such a terrible experience to someone their love in shock and horror isn’t held against them versus such a terrible investigation.

Daughter of a cop here-some are reallly good guys, they show up for each other (when my dad died his PD took care of my family like we were their own), and go into police work to HELP the community, BUT there are also very crooked police departments that need reform. Would not put it past some guys teaming together to plant evidence and think they can get away with it.

But Fudas wasn't wrong? Theresa ended up doubling down. She wasn't sincere or genuine in her apology. Fudas was right. Theresa's immature way of playing tit for tat can cause serious damage. She does not get it or care. She is without any judgement. Her and Louis are without integrity. Dangerous. And she has shown, she's incapable of learning. They eat people. Theresa is unable to do any introspection. No accountability. Just tit for tat. No growth. A very big difference is that the cast spoke about Louis because he was bad news online, last season. He's also doing shady shit today. Fudas has changed his life. Big difference . T&L tried to destroy the life he built up today. With hard honest work. T&L decided to revenge by planting disgusting narratives online, that they then used. They don't care abt consequences like others children? But Gia should have her own confessionals? I don't feel bad for T. Fudas was tough, but T deserves it. Finally, someone didn't put up with her petty games. Their chosen methods will lead to self-cancellation. This is more than drama on a show. Serious life implications. Theresa and Louis went too far. A reunion would have been lovely, lol! Pulling the plug is protecting Theresa and bravo. But how could Bravo lose control like that? The she show is like hunger-games. At what point have they gone too far? Threats? Blackmail? Paying off? Bo Dietl? Planting? Controlling the narrative? ANYONE fine with that?

Karen Read trial - OMG you are spot on! This case is fascinating and absolutely shocking all at once. I have zero legal expertise or background and can unequivocally confirm she is INNOCENT!!! Those cops are covering each others backs and completely inept. At first I thought, simple, she accidentally hit him because she was drunk as a skunk (I know this is the logical explanation) but the cops and co have behaved abhorrently and so suspiciously that you cannot help but believe they are covering up for someone… It is so Juicy!!! I love law nerds! 🤓 I've been following the Karen Read murder trial for a while, and I can't believe the level of misconduct. It appears she's been framed to cover-up a beating and/or dog attack that killed John. I thought it was cringe when that Higgins guy had to read his texts aloud in court, but Proctor was something else! I loved that the judge made him say exactly what he wrote, profanity and all. Let it be a lesson that anything you say, even in text, could come back to bite you one day!
