Epic cover from Tommy and Chris, coincidentally released on the 40th anniversary of the event Gary wrote the song about, using Gary's old guitar. Interesting that the opportunity to buy the guitar that belonged to his greatest musical hero came to Tommy just in time to record and release this cover on the anniversary.

Do you know that the guitar Tommy played on is Garys old one, Tommy just bought it, so he is possesed with Gary now. and Gary used this guitar to record this song, thats fun huh!

This song is a response by Gary Moore about the Korean Airlines flight 007 that was shot down by the Soviet Union on September 1st 1983 where all 269 passengers on board were killed.

Chris is Tommys dragon brother.. you might say that Chris is to Tommy what Phil was to Gary ( anyone feeling for à bit Thin Lizzy ?) .. but seriously togheter they become moore ( yheaa i know cant help myself 😂) than the individual parts .. they should do much more of this in my opinion☀️

Tommy did the unthinkable. He deleted a guitarsolo! He sayed he based this cover of live recording from Emerald Isles 1984. I can add that the north american edition of the song didn't have the guitar intro either. 🎸🚫
