I'm gonna be straight with you all, this game isn't being made by some huge triple A development team, or anything like that, their making honest work, and it looks amazing just the way it is already, I can't wait to enjoy this game when it comes out! Besides that though, I'm hoping J force gets recognized for it's talent in making good retro themed games

Honestly that's what I like most about Murder Miners. There's no huge corporations making anti-player changes to the game (MTX in a game made by a multi-million dollar company), it's just the earnest work of people dedicated to their craft.

I just played Murder Miners on XbOne again a couple of days ago and I must say please bring back the synth/space theme, sound effects, the gameplay such as grenade jumps, Miner Gun Blaster jumping, Grapple Hook and Zombie mode with their abilities! The first game is so great, it really plays and feels phenomenal and I forgot how well everything felt until I jumped back into it! I tried to join some servers and apparently you need XBL Gold to play while Apex, Halo, CoD, Battlefield or party chat don’t require Gold anymore so that was a bit lame. Besides the required Gold, everything about Murder Miners is amazing, thank you all at JForce for the work that you’ve done and continue to do! I look forward to seeing you and I can’t wait to play and support the future of this company and your products!

looks neat! only thing i could say is i think the effects on the player damage could use a bit of toning down for the person being shot. i dont think it'd be much fun to get a ton of particles spewing in your camera while trying to fight someone (1:19 for reference). thats really the only bad thing i have to say, over all it looks super clean and im digging the progress!

God i'm genuinely so excited for this. I'm so burnt out on MM1 and I really need this to come out; this was such a big part of my childhood. Hopefully it is moddable, too, or at least there would be some support for it in the future. I'd love to be able to make custom armor and weapons for it one day, or potentially import custom models.

this reminds me of old halo. One thing I ask is that we get some greater block variety like light source blocks as while I think the ability to add light is cool I can also notice it isn’t tied to a block so making lamps might be difficult as while I can put a lamp block and add a light to it the lamp won’t be glowing like the light is coming from it. I could be wrong but that is just what I’m getting from the teaser. I also think adding diagonal slope blocks might be good as it will allow for greater variety in builds but I also understand why the addition wouldn’t be made as it might conflict with your original intended design philosophy. Ultimately the game is looking amazing and I look forward to future updates

aight a few questions 1 - will imported mm1 maps have access to the new max world size limits or are they still capped at whatever they were made with 2 - will we be able to extensively customize our huds ( I.e making certain elements bigger and removing punch icon ) 3 - ultrakill helmet when

1. They can be imported and placed wherever you want in the new maps. So you could have multiple classic maps side-by-side. 2. Punch icon, visor outline, and curved effect will be optional, might add scaling for other items as well. 3. Who knows? We don't like using abstract/non-human helmet designs as much though.

@@JForceGames This updated version of your game is looking awesome, and great news about the imported maps! I do have three questions however. Since you can import the original version of a map, based on the original technology do you have the old version of water as in the blue stork grass from the original, or is it a more traditional version of water that is now able to be used within the new game engine? Secondly, when the game has been finished, aside from pc, what consoles will it be released on, and will it be download only, or physical released? Finally have you added/ruled out the possibility of a gore filter, in respect of parental controls? Many thanks if you can reply, I am eagerly awaiting the next update. 🙂

The zombies in my opinion should have like a flood parasite like feature so u can actually infect other players with transformation and have them have the tentacle on their arms as a weapon. because you don't really see those anymore. Would be a nice opportunity. Maybe an NPC war capabilities? Not sure if you can add those in but it's just a cool idea. Plus it would be a lot scary and fun in a way because of the lack of lights stuff. Now that can turn into a Horror game easily.. But hey. You guys do what you think is awesome! I have weird ideas. So bleep.. i believe in you all.
