Idk why you said "why", as if there was something wrong with it.. Anyway indeed it is Mystery Dungeon OST, but something you've overlooked is that every single music track in this video (except for running in the 90's), is Mystery Dungeon music. I use it because it brings lots of nostalgic feelings to me and I love the music itself.
