Why is this only 15 minutes long?

A lot of the books in the series have appeared very recently. I don't understand why, I expect youtube to flag them. This is the second one I have seen that is short. At least this one is only a waste of 15 minutes, another one cut off deep into the novel, leaving people who listened for 5 hours not knowing how it ends. I forget what the other one is, I would listen to the very end for "this completes this audiobook" before investing time.
