Actually insanity is pretty much invisible because even after 2 hits he can still look so energized not a single sweat so pretty much he is like 10x stronger than killer and dust combined

Some differents what I noticed in phase 1. Dust blasters and pellets becomed more bigger, dust using pillars, dust using spears . Horror bones and (mabye) axes becomed bigger. Killer slashes becomed bigger and more faster, killer used giant black blaster.

phase 1:horror have blood on his head dust have a strongetr glowing eye killer have a little red in his eyes killer have real knife probably because he have determination phase 2: dust have a red eye killer is the same of phase 1 also dust have a little of blood in his jacket insanity have 2 red eyes and the papyrus head have red eyes too thats all i found

Some differents what I noticed in phase 2: dust sans using color trident and giant black trident (idk how call it), killer sans using goop blaster, insanity sans using color bones and multisoul attak (attak where many pieces of souls dodges attaks) insanity sans used classic sans final attak (I mean part where sans throws soul and it will avoid attaks while falling) insanity sans punched soul (lol) insanity sans have phase 2, phantom paps. using platforms, gray bones, giant gray bone (that one what comes after platforms+trident attak). P.S. Sorry if there any mistakes, im not from country, where english main laguage.

I'll never really get why Horror was on the original murder time Trio, he's SO much weaker than Dust and Killer, Insanity is a much better fit, being about the same power level as the other two. Though I assume Insanity was created a bit after the murder time trio was a thing which is why he was added later
