Where a spell or ability (such as Slime Against Humanity) says "[C]reate [a token]. Put X +1/+1 counters on it...", the it means all tokens created by the first instruction mentioned here. Even if more tokens or different tokens than otherwise are somehow created this way, X +1/+1 counters are put on each of those tokens (see also C.R. 614.6). This applies to replacement effects of the kind found in Doubling Season's or Parallel Lives's first abilities, or in the second ability of Chatterfang, Squirrel General, among other things.

The second slime created by Primordial Vigor does get the counters. Its a replacement effect. I know it works with Doubling Season on Arena.

John should have died when Chandra's Ignition resolved due to Body of Knowledge and Psychosis Crawler. Body of Knowledge draws you cards when it takes any kind of damage.
