In some recipes you fry the whole red chilli in oil (with other ingredients) and add them to the main dish. My question is do you eat the whole red chilli or are they for flavour only and you take them out and put them to one side while your eating?

jazzak Allah bohat lazeez recipe 👌🏻 i dont use pressire cooker even i always boil chick peas in normal pot the reason is when i was in class 6 my mum gave me cooking responsibilities along my studies because of lack of experience once my pressure cooker burst into air 😂till then i am scared using it but will try this recipe for sure in normal pot 💕👍

I Loooove Chicken & I absolutely love murgh choulay, unfortunately I make the worst chicken haandis. Hubby made the most amazing chicken about 2 weeks ago, perfect gravy, perfect masala, perfect consistency. Just like you bahoo I love all the juicy bones. He made I think 2 murghi'z, it took me 2 days to take out all those yummy bones, neck and wings are my favourite.Lastly I take the legs. I love dark meat. Since I have never successfully made murgh choulay, I am going to try it this way. Few months ago I did make a somewhat decent murgh choulay, it was from someone I follow on you tube. But it was a totally different way that they cooked it, mashing the chickpeas. I am going to try your way. Hubby has been very happy with my cookings lately. I used to have a whole cabinet full of shaan and national masala packets, but now only chaat masala and daal masala. I cant make decent daals either :-D. Now my cupboard is full of actual masalas and I make garam masala in the coffee maker. Next will be zeera ans dhaniya powder just like you make. I am getting there. Hubby was very happy yesterday. Since the lockdown, I have enjoyed my hobbies, crochet, knitting and cooking. I made koftay yesterday and all from home masalas, not shaan or national. Thank you so so much for making my favourite recipe. I will make for Sunday for hubby.

I see that you use moro olive oil but research keeps going back and forth about its safety for high heat cooking like our Pakistani cuisine requires. I did some research and I think it’s healthy for you to use olive oil for high heat cooking like ours since it has a high smoke point. One has to make sure the olive oil is of high quality which I’m sure Moro is :)
