I want to confirm that this kind of death happens. My dad had a good day n I happened to meet him that n shared a lunch that sad day. He enjoyed a pork meat saying 'kai nyama ino Ni thaka iii'. At around 3pm we separated n went home. After reaching at his home he went in shamba sorted his cow with a nappier grass. At around 6:30pm he went n milked his cow n that day my mom accompanied him.after milking the funny thing the cow started carelessing my mom n my dad left her to store the milk. Before leaving he said to her daughter in love 'nyina ..... ruciu niwe ugakama ngombe ino' . Those were his last words. He went to store milk in a cupboard placed in their bedroom. After doing so he just sat on his bed n that was his last breath. My mom left the cowshed to know why he delayed from coming out of the house n the rest was a history. It's 3yrs now but when I think of that day my eyes wet. Unanswered question😭😭😭😭😭😭. Rip my dad, rip Murigu. Ngai nowe ungihota kumenya

So sorry for your loss. Did they do a postmortem? Heart attack is what takes someone out that suddenly. Maybe he had undiagnosed heart disease, or blocked arteries. Very common in older men.

My dad went also to the toilet 2am he came back and vomited blood and within short time he was gone and he was OK whole day n he told stepmother to cook for him chicken dinner time n that was his last meals. 4 years ago now but it's like yesterday to me. Dad continues to rest in peace
