He was absolutely amazing!! The amount of people that came to see him even with such a short notice is insane, and there was so many people even before the official announcement!! This was a HUGE and historic moment! Even locals on the streets stopped to see him and were amazed by his performance! 💜 I’m so proud of Jungkook, he looked so happy performing there today and its so beautiful to see

Can you believe ten of thouands of people gathered for a surprise event that officially announced just 30 minutes before the show? All started from an Army tweeted 5 hours before the show "Ey, why are people cleaning the Billboard?". Twitter went full on detective mode right away and without knowing whether it's true or not, they just made a bet and flooded Times Square. And they won, US ARMY were so lucky to witness a legendary performance in real time. I'm so proud to live in the same era of a legend in the making, JUNGKOOK, you are a MEGA GLOBAL POP STAR!!!

Jungkook is the 2nd artist ever to perform on Time Square’s TSX Stage after Post Malone performed last July. Mind you all those fans went to Times Square based on the billboard glass being cleaned without any official announcement or a single hint. His demand, his impact is insane. His vocals, his dancing, his stage presence is unparalleled. Btw X box, Calvin Klein, Hilton was the sponsor of this event. This was literally a historical night to remember for the MAIN POP BOY.

I watched this live on YT....and ever since, I've been rewatching it...I am on such high, I am not sure how I will sleep tonight. I cant even imagine how ARMY that were there are coping right now. There were whispers that something would be happening in Times Square as early as the night before last, ARMYs on Twt were reporting seeing workers cleaning that stage and that billboard was running JK ads like 24/7. I think around 12 or 1pm yesterday was when everyone started being really sure, because they saw all the set up happening. I was actually discussing with some fellow ARMY exactly what you mentioned. . .that's the crowd that turned up based on speculation and just a couple hours of legitimate confirmation. Imagine what it would have been like if ARMY had been given REAL advance notice? Sheesh. . .
