मुरमुरे (लायी) की सॉफ्ट और मुलायम इडली Murmure ki soft & spongy Idli | Soft & spongy idli recipe with tasty chatni recipe मुरमुरे (लायी) इडली और चटनी | Coconut chutney for idli & dosa
For the Idli:
2 cups murmura (puffed rice)
½ cup water (for soaking)
1 cup rava (semolina)
1 cup plain yogurt (dahi)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon eno fruit salt or baking soda (optional)
1 tablespoon water (for eno)
For the Chutney:
1 teaspoon oil
⅓ cup raw peanuts
8-10 curry leaves
1-inch piece ginger, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon roasted chana dal (optional)
¼ cup fresh grated coconut (or frozen/dried coconut)
A handful of coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Water as needed for blending
