My comment and I hope Senator Chris Murphy takes it to heart, is that there is no value-proposition in the deck here and so Non-competes are truly truly the horizon we are all seeing with automating jobs where products and services are all soon coming in techno-automation.

@@BigWisco343 ..Contract law is delegated through State law, the bill is proposed at the Federal level and would not be enforced by the State so it would cost the Federal government money, more money in policing contracts and competition than the dollar figure in the deck and the numbers are baseless.

We are so glad you brought up background checks before you can purchase a firearm. What is sad is that it already exist and you are well aware of it. NICS check is a must before anyone can purchase a firearm. The FBI oversees all transactions on doing background checks. You will never and will never see an AR15 in the military. Why?
