What a chicken of a mess that was!! And talk about stinking when all of that starts to rot. Whew, BOY!! that was an excellent cleanup. There, near the end with the skid steer. And, the ground looked very good when you fellas were done. I am somewhat surprised that, The, department of public safety? I forget right now what the generic name is that would cover all the lower 48 states for the department that will come out and either block traffic, or get traffic to move over.. Up here the highway patrol handles all that but I believe you would’ve had to call them out not sure right now that was dicey. That’s for sure! but you got it done and nobody got hurt. @@MURPHYSDIESEL I used to work for the state. They had us out there to have them lane shift. Or just stop them from getting on the interstate. State law here in Illinois says that we can’t use blue lights on the back of the plows or bumper trucks. That’s about the only color most of the people can see. I’m sure you’ve got some stories too. But if I may. We had a young girl drive around those big orange dump trucks. With those bump trailers behind them just like a salaam course. No cops where you need them. I put out 3 signs for construction ahead. And they were on a curve. I heard this car coming and I swear that he was using the signs as shift points. And there is was with my safety vest and sign panel. He was surprised to say the least. I’m just glad that I heard him coming. I don’t need to tell you to be careful. But do it anyway.😁Merry Christmas to you and all the crew. There’s some strange folks out there.

I seem to remember something about a steering defect under recall on newer Cascadias. Was that a factor in this one? Did it come out of the opposing traffic lanes? You probably don't want that chicken anyway... You might remember seeing the word HALAL on the boxes. Halal is some sort of Muslim religious slaughtering ritual, that means it is not slaughtered and processed to normal USDA standards.

I’m curious to know if that the people who causes those accidents have any clue that they are putting the tow truck drivers lives in danger just because they are the ones who have to be there to rescue the truck that is on a busy highway damaged because the driver of that truck is not experienced enough to be driving that truck
