This is the ACTUALLY version used by the BBC in the 1990s for some of its intermissions due to technical problems and station breakdowns.
Taken from the album, Magazine, it lists 7 variations of the track. This being one of 2 mixes with a running time of 2.40 with the other 5 edited down from 34 seconds to 17 seconds. The other 2.40 version of the track is on You Tube by me as Version 2.
The track is described as powerful, atmospheric, evocative, bright and movement. It suggests it to be used for either daytime themes or news and current affairs.

The song would have been appropriate for use by television stations in Japan during the country’s July 2011 digital switchover, but the track was not used at all. The prefectures of Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima had their switchover delayed because they suffered severe damage in the March 2011 earthquake and analog transmissions in those areas shut down on 31 March 2012.

Proving once again that you don't need a vocal to stir and move you. The deep, distorted and thundering bass percussion heard first at 0:08 is gorgeous. The bridge is a tad long for me, but nonetheless overall a really beautiful percussive piece. After the bridge, the off-timed, syncopated guitar and then the sting bringing you back at 1:59 is divine. Nice one.

Be careful that KZbin do not think you are copyrighting this music! I had one of my videos looked as copyrighted as music "The Journey" used on ITV schools was seen to be the copyright of UNIPPM so I had to remove it and got an email from KZbin. whenever you hear this cue while the tv is all black that means you just encountered a bbc nationwide breakdown

This scares me everytime I hear it and it brings tears to my eyes *sobs* Anyway I dont know about everybody else but somewhere in the middle of this track I expect a BBC announcer to go: "This is BBC1 and I'm sorry to say that a major power failure means we are currently unable to return to our film Red Corner.
