Mayday hasn't shrunk it's just that Plex and L.T. weren't involved with this particular project, although Plex did some production for it.

I thought wreck would've been good on spot but he wasn't on this. Strange music is more into writing their songs and less actual freestyle. Some times tech and them use verses from a previous track to freestyle with.
