2020 was a short season with many ups and downs. I spent 8 events on tracks with 3 events being over for me in the morning (1x crash, 2x engine damage). But I can say these 5 events I rode were much fun! :)
I want to thank my sponsors for supporting me! Without them I wouldn't be able to continue riding and making racing videos while I study and I am very glad for that!
At the moment the engine is out and not repairable. I am not sure if I want to get a new engine for the R6 or sell the bike in parts. They are rare, very expensive, have to be adjusted to the bike and if you want to be competetive, you lose durability. So all in all thousands of euros to ride the same bike.
Maybe an 2010+ track ready 1000cc bike in good conditions with an durable engine would be a nice experience for the next years. We will see...

All you need is a reliable 1000cc track bike and you're good to go! I think the R6 is a very competitive bike in the 600cc category but the problem is that the power band is at the high revs which puts the engine under a lot of stress causing it to wear out quicker. I blew my R6 engine too, got a cbr600rr and never looked back. Okay maybe I do look back sometimes just because that R6 was on a whole other level

Meine güte wie der mit der 20er S1000RR in Osche aus der engen rechts ballert. Der in Assen auf der Strecke lag sah aber nicht gut aus. Hoffe der ist wieder auf den Beinen. Beste Szene dieses Jahr aber die Moto3 am Slovakia.. ;) schön im Infield rumgerollt um die neue Blade LOL Aber was hast du Topspeed mit deiner Kurzen Übersetzung wenn du an der weißen Linie Start/Ziel Slovakia schon im 5. GAng bist? Lg Nils weiter so :)
