i have an educated guess to what might happen, hear me out: I think we can all agree that right now Riven is kind of a jerk and the first scene they had, Riven got pretty upset and called her a walking red flag which means they are not in good terms. That is why i believe they will have a haters to lovers relationship. I bet that in the second season Musa and Riven will bond little by little and both of them will realise they have feelings for each other but Musa will be with Sam so she will have to make a decision between both of them, (like damon, stefan and elena ) and of course she will choose Riven, because they are AMAZING TOGETHER. At least this is what I think about there relationship.

What I think: In Fate, Musa said that Sam was the only one who makes her feel peace, he makes her feel the absence of sound, BUT as we all know, Riven is the total opposite of that, and my theory is that Musa will eventually get bored of Sam, and Riven is so much interesting because of the big bunch of feelings and chaos he has, also I think they will get to have more scenes together and the sparkles will come, I WISH FOR THAT

Honestly I like that they didn't start out together. I actually hope that they take some time before they end up together since they both have their own issues right now. I'm a fan of Sam and Musa for a starter relationship and the Beatrix and Riven. It's very high school relationships. I do think that they will mature and have a hater-friends-lover relationship. Since I think a good friendship is what Riven needs. I think if they get together even in Season 2 it would be too toxic. Especially because Musa is an empath and Riven is way too volatile for that. I don't think she could handle Riven and Riven is not mature enough to deal with Musa. So they have some growing up to do before they have a relationship. Honestly even in the original they had their issues. So I am excited for a good old fashioned slow burn.

At the end of season 6 when riven left, Musa said that they weren't meant for each other but that he'll always be a hero to her. Musa and Riven were not a total toxic couple, they both changed each other for the best, we loved them cause it was the only realistic couple in the show, and watching them grow and becoming more and more mature made us fall in love with them. They met too young, but if riven had come back finally knowing who he was, they could've been the perfect couple that we see in them. The fact that Musa dated sam in the saga is not totally a bad thing, because they now have time to find who they really are, especially riven. BUT WE NEED THEM cause the cartoon left us with the worst ending possible! ( and bring back flora and Helia pleaseeeee)

Riven and Musa weren't together in the beginning of Winx either. He dated Darcy (of the Trix) for a while. Beatrix is suppose to be all of the Trix. Their relationship is following the original plot.

Hello, I'm from Argentina, excuse my English. I'm going to tell you my opinion, first I want you to know that I believe that even though this couple is a beautiful muse and riven, they will end up together. Beyond the cartoon, the series made Riven and muse know about each other in a miniscene and just in the final chapter he was under a mental spell and what better than the fairy of the mind to help him out of it. I think beatrix and riven make an excellent couple too, she is not bad she was just brought up believing that she did the right thing. Keep in mind that there are no other characters that have been given a miniature scene like Musa and Riven, they know that the other exists, which does not happen with all the characters in the series.

i love Musa and sam don't get me wrong they are soooo cute together but I had watched Winx when I was a little girl and my favorite moments were with Musa and Riven since because of Musa, riven changed, he learned how to be more kind, to work as a team and be less self-absorbed and most importantly he learned to love someone other than himself. He learned that there are more important things in life than thinking you are the best at everything constantly competing to be the best and being selfish. He opened up and that growth from season 1 to season 7 is amazing its quite a shame that we missed that in fate but I liked the show it was good
