while enjoying this video so much my inner voice was like "girl we both know that Riven is not gonna treat her better at all" but also my hopeless romantic ass still thinks that Musa and Riven belong together so i think there is no need to rush, Sam and Musa are so beautiful together and i love them so much but when the time comes they'll fall apart i am sure that it is gonna be sad and tragic but still beautiful at the same time and their relationship will evolve

For me it seems that Musa and Sam are together because of her being an empath. She said that he doesn't sound chaotic and he just calms her but it don't really feel the chemistry between them

well i don't think that it is possible to think Musa without her empath side i mean everything about her is related to the fact that she is an empath this is who she is and bc of that she needs peace she needs someone good for her she needs someone who can stop all the fucking chaos and help her to focus on her feelings so she is more likely to choose someone who makes her feel peaceful we can't say that she chose him just bc she is an empath saying that is just like saying she chose him bc she is Musa you know what i mean? For example if i have anxiety i am probably gonna look for someone who doesn't like fighting/shouting, who doesn't make me more anxious than i already am. I would prefer someone calm and not stressful, someone i am so comfortable and relax around you can't tell me "Well you are with him just bc you have anxiety" cause anxiety is part of my life it is part of who i am although i believe that you can fall in love with someone who is opposite of who you are but still not all relationships are same just bc a relationship is based on comfort and needs it doesn't mean that the realtionship is bad. I wrote a bit much.. Sorry about that also i want to add that i respect all your opinions just wanted to let you know mine

I personally didn't feel like they had any chemistry at all. I just really hope for Sam and Musa to be endgame, but whatever it's just my personal preference :D btw in the original series I at some point didn't like the relationship between Musa and Riven anymore. They were just constantly fighting, it was toxic and no good for both of them.

I love Musa and Riven in the original serie but Sam and Musa win my heart with just one scene: when they meet. (Thanks Aisha) I have to admit that their relationship, Musa and Riven, in the animation is a little toxic and with the new personality, even worst that the original, the relationship will definitely be a toxic one. Sam is comfortable alright. And him and Musa have chemistry. I loved their relationship. Its easy. But I dont know, as the OG fan and from a writer's perspective, a character needs someone challenging, the opposite maybe to make her grow. And Riven fits the bill. Though Sam is a cutie and I dont want him to just turn evil for no reason just so the audience hates him and move on to Riven. It would be smart and exciting to have Musa see it for herself. And I think the writers wrote Sam's character to be bland on purpose. There are 2 possibilities. 1. He's hiding something. 2. He's really just a 1 dimensional character that acts like a filler for Musa's character.
